摘要
综述了近年橡胶的氧化石墨烯改性方法以及相应复合材料的结构特点及主要性能,主要包括天然橡胶的氧化石墨烯改性、丁腈橡胶的氧化石墨烯改性、丁苯橡胶的氧化石墨烯改性以及硅橡胶的氧化石墨烯改性。总结分析了氧化石墨烯改性橡胶材料作为特殊高性能橡胶材料的发展和应用前景,氧化石墨烯功能化改性的高效性、环保性和低成本化以及其在橡胶基体中的均匀分散将是今后的主攻方向。
The methods of graphene oxide modified rubber and the structural characteristics and main properties of corresponding composites in recent years were reviewed,mainly including graphene oxide modified natural rubber,graphene oxide modified nitrile rubber,graphene oxide modified styrene butadiene rubber as well as graphene oxide modified silicone rubber.At the same time,the development and application prospects of graphene oxide modified rubber materials as special high-performance rubber materials were summarized and analyzed.The high efficiency,environmental protection and low cost of graphene oxide functional modification and its uniform dispersion in rubber matrix will be the main direction in the future.
