摘要
我国从2000年左右开始开展钢渣沥青混凝土的设计、制备、性能与施工等方面的研究。我国在2021年最新研究分析表明,钢渣粗骨料替代量30%仍不能明显提升混凝土路用的性能,想要提高路用性能需更大的钢渣取代量。近十余年来,已在湖北省武汉市及周边地区共建设了8条钢渣沥青路面试验段,并对各试验段进行了跟踪观测,积累了丰富的工作基础。武汉钢铁集团公司与武汉理工大学开展合作研究,并铺筑钢渣沥青混凝土试验路段,通过对上述项目的跟踪观测,结果表明一号试验段和二号试验段分别经过长达7 a的服役期限后,没有出现深度车辙,车辙的深度仅仅在1~2 mm,说明抗车辙变形能力较为理想,在重载车较多的交通状况下,钢渣沥青路面的性能优良。一号试验段的抗滑性能衰减得比二号的试验段要严重,这主要由于两个试验段路面的交通状况不同有关。近期,山西省钢渣沥青混凝土路面将钢渣粗骨料替代量变为50%,达到了山西省首次大掺量应用钢渣的目的。
Since 2000,the research on the design,preparation,performance and construction of steel slag asphalt concrete has been carried out.The latest research and analysis in China in 2021 shows that the replacement amount of steel slag coarse aggregate of 30%still cannot significantly improve the pavement performance of concrete,and the replacement amount of steel slag needs to be larger in order to improve the pavement performance.In the past ten years,eight test sections of steel slag asphalt pavement have been built in Wuhan and its surrounding areas,and the observation of each test section has been carried out,which has accumulated a rich work foundation.Wuhan iron and steel group Co.,Ltd.and wuhan university of science and technology to carry out the cooperation study,paving steel slag asphalt and concrete test road,through the above-mentioned project tracking observation results show that the test section 1 and 2 test section,respectively,after seven years of service period,there was no deep rut,rut depth only between 1 mm to 2 mm,It shows that the rutting deformation resistance is ideal,and the performance of slag asphalt pavement is excellent under the traffic condition with many heavy load vehicles.The anti-skid performance of the first test section is more serious than that of the second test section,which is mainly related to the different traffic conditions of the two test sections.Recently,the steel slag asphalt concrete pavement in Shanxi Province boldly changed the replacement amount of steel slag coarse aggregate to 50%,which achieved the purpose of applying steel slag with large mixing amount for the first time in Shanxi Province.
