浅谈公路功能定位及技术标准选择

我国幅员辽阔,过去几十年在公路建设方面投入了巨大的精力、财力,得益于信息化的发展,公路设计也随即进入了信息化时代。计算机的发展使得公路工程项目在时间、人员、资金方面利好较大,但这种快速发展的背后使得勘察设计质量越来越差,尤其是工程可行性研究阶段,深究其原因,主要还是编制单位对公路项目功能定位不清楚、技术标准选择不准确,没有一个清晰的功能定位,就不能选择合适的技术标准,进而导致建设方案与实际差别较大。清晰的功能定位和准确的技术标准是一个项目的核心部分,是不容忽视的部分。

China has a vast territory.In the past few decades,great energy and financial resources have been invested in highway construction.Thanks to the development of informatization,highway design has immediately entered the information age.The development of computer makes the highway engineering project benefit greatly in terms of time,personnel and capital,but behind this rapid development,the survey and design quality is getting worse and worse,especially in the project feasibility study stage.The main reason is that the preparation unit is not clear about the function positioning of the highway project,the selection of technical standards is not accurate,and there is no clear function positioning,it is impossible to select appropriate technical standards,resulting in great differences between the construction scheme and the actual situation.Clear functional positioning and accurate technical standards are the core part of a project,which can not be ignored.
