摘要 为了解决复杂环境下土岩爆破无法采用开挖减振沟槽、实施预裂爆破控制爆破振动和飞散物的问题,以某废弃矿区场地平整爆破项目为研究对象,通过分析周围环境和施工进度要求,采用浅孔控制爆破方法,使用数码电子雷管精准控制延时时间,实现孔内分层延时,逐孔起爆。同时对爆破作业面进行防护、布设减振孔控制爆破振动和爆破飞散物。实践表明通过合理的设置爆破参数,可以解决复杂环境下坚硬岩石的爆破开挖问题,以期为同类工程的施工提供一些参考。 In order to solve the problem that rock blasting cannot use excavation vibration damping and implement pre-split blasting to control blasting flying object in complex environments,taking a field leveling blasting project in an abandoned mining area as the research object,through analyzing the surrounding environment and construction progress requirements,the short-hole controlled blasting method was adopted,and the digital electronic detonator was used to precisely control the delay time,so as to realize the layered delay in the hole and detonate hole by hole.At the same time,the blasting work surface is protected and vibration damping holes are arranged to control blasting vibration and blasting flying objects.The practice shows that the blasting excavation problem of hard rock in complex environment can be solved by setting the blasting parameters reasonably,so as to provide some reference for the construction of similar projects.
