摘要 为缩短楼房倒塌距离、防止后坐、减少爆破飞石对相邻建筑物的影响,针对复杂环境下异型截面非对称支撑剪力墙结构楼房拆除爆破,采用双切口单向折叠爆破技术,通过优化2个爆破切口延时、采取近体防护和被动防护、开挖减振沟等措施,有效缩短了楼房倒塌距离、减少了爆破振动、爆破飞石。采用了数码电子雷管-导爆管雷管复合爆破网路,确保爆破网路的可靠。对城市控制爆破拆除及其他复杂环境爆破作业有较好的参考作用,可为同类工程提供借鉴。 In order to shorten the collapse distance of buildings,prevent back ward collapse and reduce the impact of blasting flying stones on adjacent buildings,aiming at the demolition blasting of buildings with asymmetric bracing shear wall structure with special-shaped section in complex environment,the double cut unidirectional folding blasting technology was adopted,and the measures such as optimizing the delay of 2 blasting cuts,adopting nearby protection and passive protection,and excavating vibration damping bitch,which effectively shortened the collapse distance of buildings,reduced blasting vibration and blasting flying stones.The composite initiating circuit of digital electronic detonator and shock detonator is adopted to ensure the reliability of the initiating circuit.It is a good reference for urban controlled demolition blasting and other complex environment blasting operations,and can provide reference for similar projects.
