摘要
画舫建筑为钢筋混凝土框架结构楼房,位于乌兰木伦湖景区的河道水面上。汛期来临,为保证河道畅通,鄂尔多斯市政府决定对其予以拆除。综合施工环境、楼房结构特征等情况,提出了定向倒塌、单向折叠、三角形切口的拆除爆破方案。采用可靠的爆破参数设计、合理的预处理、复式的起爆网路,成功地拆除了画舫建筑。爆后检查,楼房解体和破碎较为充分,同时爆破振动监测数据表明未对周边建筑物造成危害,取得了良好的爆破效果。画舫建筑的成功拆除对类似复杂环境下低层框架结构楼房拆除具有一定的工程借鉴意义。
The painted pleasure-boat building is a reinforced concrete frame structure building,located on the surface of the river in the Wulan Mulun Lake Scenic Area.The flood season is approaching,in order to ensure the smooth flow of the river,the Ordos Municipal Government decided to demolish it.Considering the construction environment and building structure characteristics,a demolition blasting plan of directional collapse,one-way folding and triangular incision is proposed.Adopting reliable blasting parameter design,reasonable pretreatment,and duplex blasting network,the painting boat building was successfully demolished.After the explosion,the disintegration and fragmentation of the building were relatively sufficient.At the same time,the blasting vibration monitoring data showed that no damage was caused to the surrounding buildings,and good blasting results were obtained.The successful demolition of the building has certain engineering reference significance for the demolition of low-rise frame structure buildings in similar complex environments.
