摘要 为安全有效地实现鹅仔岭石灰石矿山露天台阶爆破,针对施工环境复杂、爆破技术难度较大等技术难点,在爆破安全控制方面结合该工程周边环境、岩体特性等情况,通过选取三角式布孔、连续装药结构、排孔分别延时起爆等技术方案,优化爆破参数和爆破网路,最终顺利实施了露天台阶爆破。爆破取得了良好的爆破效果,未对周围建筑物产生较大影响,爆破振动、飞石飞散距离、粉尘危害均在安全控制范围内,可为其他类似复杂环境下的爆破工程提供一定的参考。 In order to complete the open-pit bench blasting in the Eziling limestone mine safely and effectively,the technical difficulties such as the complex construction environment and large blasting difficulty of blasting technology are considered carefully.In terms of blasting safety control,combined with the surrounding environment and rock mass characteristics of the project,the triangular hole layout,continuous charge structure,row hole differential initiation and other technical schemes are applied,the blasting parameters and fine blasting network design are continuously optimized,and the open-pit bench blasting is finally successfully implemented.The blasting has achieved good blasting effect and did not cause a great impact on the surrounding buildings.The blasting vibration,flying distance of flying rocks and dust hazards are within the scope of safety control.The blasting experience has a certain reference for other blasting projects in similar complex environments.
