随着粘接技术与牙科材料的发展,髓腔固位冠(endocrown)得到了越来越广泛的应用,为大面积牙体组织缺损或者临床牙冠过短的病例,提供了另一种保存牙体组织的治疗手段。对于单颗后牙,髓腔固位冠的临床效果与传统牙冠相似,较桩核冠修复发生毁灭性折裂的风险小。髓腔固位冠最大的优势是临床操作简单、牙体预备相对较少、能够保留更多的颈周牙本质。本文主要探讨髓腔固位冠的临床应用现状,分别从适应症、禁忌症、牙体预备要求、材料选择、以及应用效果等方面进行详细分析和总结,以期为广大同行的临床治疗工作提供新思路及理论支持。

With the advances in the bonding technology and dental materials,endocrown has gained increased popularity as an alternative to restore the teeth with a large amount of structure loss or insufficient clinical crowns.Restoring a single posterior tooth,endocrown shares a similar clinical outcome as a conventional crown and boasts a lower chance of catastrophic failure than teeth restored with the post,core,and crown.The most significant advantages of endocrown are its clinical simplicity and preservation of more cervical dentine and hence strength of the tooth.This review will have an in-depth discussion about the clinical application of endocrown from the indication,contra-indication,tooth preparation requirement,material selection,and clinical outcome supported with the latest evidence.
