结合面弓[牙合]架的多元化教育模式在全口义齿规培教学中的应用

摘要 目的:分析评估对规培化培训的住院医生进行全口义齿教学,在运用多元化教育模式的基础上,加入面弓[牙合]架技术的教学效果。方法:选取自2019.2-2021.9在中国人民解放军空军特色医学中心进行口腔修复规培的住院医生。2019.2-2020.5的20人为对照组,采用LBL+PBL+CBL多元化教育模式进行全口义齿教学,2020.6-2021.9的20人为实验组,在LBL+PBL+CBL多元化教育模式上增加面弓[牙合]架技术。采用统计软件SPSS 25.0对两组教学活动的考核结果进行统计分析,对其理论与实践技能考试及教学效果进行评价。结果:实验组与对照组相比,在理论和实践技能考核成绩以及教学效果评价方面均有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论:本教学研究在LBL+PBL+CBL多元化的教学模式上,辅以面弓[牙合]架教学方式,两者有机结合地应用于规培生的全口义齿教学中,可以取得良好的效果,特别是在提高临床操作能力方面。 Objective:To explore the effects of combined application of face bow and dental articulator technology in the teaching of complete dentures for students with standardized training based on diversified teaching modes.Methods:The students who received standardized training for prosthodontics in the Department of Stomatology of Air Force Medical Center in February 2019 to September 2021 were selected.20 students in February 2019 to May 2020 were used as the control group,and the teaching mode of LBL+PBL+CBL was adopted.As the experimental group,20 students in June 2020 to September 2021 joined LBL+PBL+CBL teaching modes,face bow and dental articulator technology.After four months of teaching activities,theoretical and practical skills examination and teaching effect evaluation were conducted.SPSS 25.0 was used to statistically analyze the examination results.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group had obvious advantages in theoretical and practical skills assessment scores and teaching effect evaluation(P<0.05).Conclusion:By using multiple education models combined with face bow and dental articulator technology in students of standardized training for resident in the complete dentures,good teaching efficiency can be achieved,especially in improving the ability of clinical operations.
