摘要
2021年以来,日本持续突破空间碎片移除技术,大有向太空环境治理首席国家迈进之势。本文剖析了日本空间碎片移除技术研究的军事和商业航天需求背景以及技术基础;梳理归纳了日本率先开展针对低轨合作目标的磁力捕获技术验证,开始研制服务低轨合作小卫星的航天器平台等一系列最新进展;分析了日本政府统筹支持、制定渐进发展路线、积极开展国际合作和制定国际规则等战略举措。
Since 2021,Japan has been continuing to make breakthroughs in space debris removal technologies and is poised to become a leading country in space environmental governance area.Japan’s space debris removal technologies research background was analyzed herein, which includes military and commercial space requirements and technical basis.A series of recent development was summarized, such as Japan taking the lead in the validation of magnetic capture technology for low orbit cooperative targets, and starting to develop spacecraft platforms that serve low orbit cooperative small satellites.The strategic measures taken by the Japanese government were analyzed, such as overall support, gradual development, and active international cooperation.
