摘要
细胞自噬是一种广泛存在于真核生物中的降解机制。在植物中,自噬通过严格的调控途径降解和回收细胞内物质,维持细胞内稳态,进而参与植物应答多种发育和环境信号。越来越多的研究表明,自噬在植物生长发育、衰老、生物和非生物胁迫等过程中发挥作用。本文综述了近年来植物细胞自噬相关的研究进展,包括细胞自噬的调控机制及生物学功能,旨在为自噬相关研究提供参考。
Autophagy is a kind of degradation mechanism widely existing in eukaryotic cells. In plants, autophagy helps maintain homeostasis by degrading and recovering intracellular substances through strict regulatory pathways, thus making plants respond to a variety of developmental and environmental signals. More and more studies have shown that autophagy plays a role in various processes such as development, aging,biological and abiotic stresses. This paper reviews the related research progress of autophagy in plants, including the regulation mechanism and biological functions of autophagy. The purpose of this review is to provide reference for related research on autophagy.
