特发性逼尿肌活动低下的病因学研究进展

Progress in etiology of idiopathic detrusor underactivity

摘要 特发性逼尿肌活动低下(IDU)是尿流动力学范围中归于排尿功能障碍的一种尿流动力学特征,其病因学的研究较多,但仍无定论。近年来发现有关前列腺素家族系分子在其发病机制中有重要作用,其中研究比较深入的是前列腺素E2分子,本文结合相关研究就逼尿肌活动低下(DU)的定义和流行病学、IDU的病因分型、尿液前列腺素E2(PGE2)等方面的研究进展进行综述。 Idiopathic detrusor underactivity(IDU)is a voiding dysfunction with unclear etiology.In recent years,prostaglandin family molecules have been found to play an important role in the pathogenesis,among which E2 molecule has been studied in depth.The relevant studies are reviewed.
