摘要
本文以北京城市副中心站综合交通枢纽大体积混凝土工程为例,通过使用氧化镁膨胀剂配制补偿收缩混凝土,同时优化混凝土配合比,合理制定施工组织设计,预埋监测设备等措施制定合理养护措施,以期提高该项目大体积混凝土结构的抗裂性能。结果表明,氧化镁膨胀剂能较好补偿混凝土的温降收缩及干燥收缩,通过合理的施工控制,能有效降低混凝土开裂风险。
By using magnesium oxide expansive agent to prepare shrinkage-compensating concrete,at the same time,optimizing the mix proportion of concrete,reasonably formulating the construction organization design,pre-buried monitoring equipment and other measures to formulate reasonable maintenance measures,in order to improve the crack resistance of mass concrete structure in Beijing urban sub-center comprehensive transportation hub project.The results show that magnesium oxide expansive agent can better compensate the temperature drop shrinkage and drying shrinkage of concrete.Through reasonable construction control,it can effectively reduce the risk of concrete cracking.
