碎石堆积密度优化技术在C30泵送混凝土工程中的应用

摘要 混凝土搅拌站生产混凝土往往直接采用多级配碎石生产,但由于其颗粒级配大多不够合理,导致胶凝材料用量增加,混凝土性能下降,而优化骨料颗粒级配可以明显改善混凝土性能。基于此,本文优化碎石堆积密度,制备了C30泵送混凝土并进行了工程应用。结果表明,相同混凝土配合比条件下,碎石堆积密度优化后可以明显改善混凝土拌合物的和易性,提高其力学性能,工程应用效果良好。 When concrete is produced in concrete mixing station,multi-graded crushed stone is often used directly.However,most of its grain gradation is not reasonable enough,which leads to the increase of the dosage of cementitious materials and the decline of concrete performance.Optimizing the grain gradation of aggregate can obviously improve the concrete performance.Based on this,the stacking density of crushed stone is optimized,C30 pumping concrete is prepared and applied in engineering.The results show that,under the same concrete mix ratio,the working performance and mechanical properties of concrete can be obviously improved after the optimization of gravel packing density,and the engineering application effect is good.
