摘要
运用触变泥浆润滑及衰减摩擦阻力的效能技术精确辅助Φ3100mm大口径钢筋混凝土管一次顶进,通过对顶进阻力和触变泥浆各影响成分配比的分析,调配出最适宜顶管顶进施工的触变泥浆,使大口径顶管顶进一次成功,通过现场施工情况验证该方法准确率达98%以上,可推广至同类大口径市政管道顶管施工作业中。
T he efficient t echnology of t hixotropic mud lubrication a nd f riction resistance attenuation is u sed t o accurately assist the one-time jacking ofΦ3100mm large-diameter reinforced concrete pipes.Through the analysis of jacking resistance and thixotropic mud composition ratio,the most suitable thixotropic mud for pipe jacking construction is prepared,so that large-diameter pipe jacking is successful once,and the accuracy of this method is verified by on-site construction conditions.It can reach more than 98%,which can be extended to the pipe jacking construction of similar large-diameter municipal pipelines.
