摘要
针对水稳碎石难搅拌和半刚性基层易开裂的缺陷,本文依托江西宜遂高速建设,试验对比了不同拌合方式在3个试验路段半刚性基层中的应用效果。结果表明:振动搅拌促进了混合料中的水泥和各档集料的充分分散,2种水泥剂量标准差分别为0.15和0.16;相同配合比条件下,振动搅拌下的水泥能充分发生水化反应,提高半刚性基层强度约18.6%;在达到4.0MPa强度要求的前提下,可降低水泥用量约10%;振动搅拌生产的混合料强度差异小,2种水泥剂量下强度变异系数仅为4.6%和4.7%;试验段取芯不断根。说明振动搅拌可有效改善水稳碎石的工程应用性能,是一种成熟的绿色搅拌方法。
Aiming at the defects of cement-stabilized crushed stone materials being difficult to mix and the semirigid base being easy to crack,this paper comparatively studies the application effects of different mixing methods in three test sections based on the construction project of Yisui highway in Jiangxi Province.The results show that vibration mixing promotes the full dispersion of cement and aggregates in the mixture,and the standard deviation of two cement dosage are 0.15 and 0.16,respectively;under the conditions of the same mixing ratio,the cement under vibration mixing fully undergoes a hydration reaction,which increases the strength of the semi-rigid base by about 18.6%;under the premise of reaching the strength requirement of 4.0MPa,the cement content can be reduced by about 10%;the strength difference of the mixture produced by vibrating mixing is small,the coefficient of variation of strength under the two cement dosages is only 4.6%and 4.7%;coring in the test section without rooting.It shows that vibration mixing can effectively improve the engineering application performance of cement-stabilized macadam,which is a mature green mixing method.
