书院制下辅导员思想政治工作路径探析

Exploration on the Path of Ideological and Political Education by College Counselors in the Background of Academy System

2005年以来,内地高校开始探索书院制改革,关于书院制背景下改革创新教育路径的探讨研究日益增多,研究一般从宏观层面探索高校书院制学生管理育人模式,从微观层面对书院制背景下高校辅导员在学生管理中开展思想政治教育工作的研究不多。辅导员以培养德才兼备的高质量人才为出发点,构建以宿舍为基础的互动社区,探析数据育人、互动育人、共享育人、协同育人、朋辈育人等思想政治教育育人模式,拓宽了开展思想政治教育工作的路径。

Mainland colleges and universities have begun to explore the reform of the academy system since 2005,and there is more and more research on the reform and innovation of the educational path under the background of the academy system.The research generally explores the management and education mode of the academy system from the macro level,and there is not much research on the ideological and political education work carried out by college counselors in student management under the background of the college system from the micro level.Counselors starts from cultivating high-quality talents with both integrity and ability,builds an interactive community based on dormitory,and analyzes ideological and political education models such as data education,interactive education,shared education,collaborative education,and peer education,which broadens the path to carry out ideological and political education work.
