摘要
本文对影响烧碱蒸发蒸汽消耗的因素进行了理论分析,并利用Aspen Plus V10建立了烧碱三效逆流降膜蒸发的模拟流程,修正了软件自带的物性参数,分析了生蒸汽压力、一效压力、二效压力、三效压力、一级预热器终端温差、进碱温度等因素对蒸汽消耗的影响,为烧碱蒸发的工程设计、操作改进和节能改造提供了理论依据和数据参考。
In this paper,the factors affecting the steam consumption of caustic soda evaporation are theoretically analyzed,and the simulation process flow of three-effect countercurrent falling film evaporation of caustic soda is established by using Aspen Plus V10. The physical parameters of the software is corrected,and the influence of fresh steam pressure,firsteffect pressure,second-effect pressure,third-effect pressure,first-stage preheater terminal temperature difference,incoming alkali temperature and other factors on steam consumption are analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis and data reference for the engineering design,operation improvement and energy-saving transformation of caustic soda evaporation.
