摘要
某石化项目80万吨/年乙烯装置采用美国S&W公司的前脱丙烷前加氢流程专利技术。2018年大检修重新开工,乙烯装置始终处于高负荷运行状态,裂解气干燥器床层分子筛粉化失效,裂解气干燥器吸水性能逐渐下降,运行末期出现水穿透情况,微量水进入深冷系统,造成乙烯装置乙烯精馏塔“冻堵”,乙烯精馏塔压差上涨,乙烯装置被迫间歇性降负荷生产,严重影响乙烯装置长周期安全平稳运行。本文主要介绍了乙烯装置在不停工的前提下,裂解气干燥器在线换剂采取的措施和经验总结。
A 800,000 MTPA ethylene plant of a petrochemical company adopts the licensed technology of S&W Company of the United States,which is front depropanizer front hydrogenation flow. In 2018,the major overhaul is restarted. The ethylene plant is always in a high load operation state. The molecular sieve in the bed of cracked gas dryer fails to pulverize. The water absorption performance of cracked gas dryer gradually decreases,water penetration occurrs at the end of the operation,and trace amount of water enters the cryogenic system, causing the ethylene distillation column of ethylene plant to be " frozen blocked",the pressure difference of the ethylene distillation column increased,and the ethylene plant is forced to intermittently turn down the load,which seriously affects the long term safe and stable operation of the ethylene plant. This paper mainly introduces the measures and experience summarization of the online agent replacement of cracked gas dryer under the premise that the ethylene plant does not shut down.
