用于制造压力容器受压元件的材料对整台设备的质量起着决定性作用。本文从原材料的采购及进厂验收、焊材的进厂验收、外协件及标准件的进厂验收等方面进行论述,提出了全面对容器制造用材料进行检验控制的措施,可为容器制造过程中的材料检验控制提供借鉴。

The material used to manufacture the pressure elements of the pressure vessel plays a decisive role in the quality of the entire equipment. This paper discusses the purchase of raw materials and factory acceptance,the factory acceptance of welding consumables,and the factory acceptance of outsourced parts and standard parts,and the measures for comprehensive inspection and control of the materials used in the manufacturing of vessels are put forward,which provides reference for material inspection and control in vessel manufacturing process.
