新型辣素衍生物的合成及其防污性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 海洋防污涂料中的毒性防污剂对海洋环境产生了巨大危害,辣素等环保型防污剂是研发热点。针对当前辣素天然防污剂提取成本高、实际应用难的问题,将含有活泼取代基的芳香族化合物与N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺合成了4种新型辣素衍生物,并将其和百菌清进行复配作为防污剂添加到海洋防污涂料中。通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和核磁共振波谱仪(1H NMR)对化合物结构进行了表征,并通过抑菌抑藻实验以及实海挂板试验评估其防污性能。结果表明:4种化合物结构均为目标产物结构;化合物的抑菌率最高可达99.45%,抑藻率可达88.21%;实海挂板结果表明,3个月内涂层表面只有少量污损生物附着,表现出较好的防污效果。 The toxic antifouling agents in marine antifouling coatings do great harm to marine environment,and environmental protection antifouling agents such as capsaicin are hot research and development. In order to solve the problems of high extraction cost and difficulty in practical application of natural antifouling agents of capsaicin,four new capsaicin derivatives were synthesized from aromatic compounds containing active substituents and Nhydroxymethyl acrylamide,and they were used as antifouling agents in marine antifouling coatings. The structures of the compounds were characterized by FT-IR and1H NMR,and their antifouling properties were evaluated by bacteriostatic and algal inhibition experiments and solid sea hanging plate experiments. The results showed that the structures of the four compounds were target products. The bacteriostatic rate of the compound was up to 99. 45%and the bacteriostatic rate of the compound was up to 88. 21%. The results showed that only a small amount of fouling organisms adhered to the coating surface within 3 months,showing a good antifouling effect.
