摘要
本实验以稀土尾矿、钾长石、石灰石、石英、高岭土等为主要原料来制备低成本的陶瓷无光釉,研究稀土尾矿加入对钙无光、镁无光釉面效果的影响,从而探究出稀土尾矿在无光釉中的应用状况。实验结果表明:以配方组成36.6wt%钾长石、15.5wt%石英、11wt%方解石、28.6wt%滑石、8.3wt%高岭土、外加15wt%稀土尾矿在球磨10min,釉层厚度1~2mm,烧成温度为1300℃,保温20min的工艺参数下可制备出白度68.5%、光泽度18.0%釉面细腻的无光釉。
In this experiment, rare earth tailing, potash feldspar, limestone, quartz, kaolin and other main raw materials were used to prepare low-cost ceramic mat glaze, and the influence of rare earth tailing on the glaze effect of calcium mat and magnesium mat was studied, so as to explore the application status of rare earth tailing in mat glaze. The experimental results show that: The formula consists of 36.6wt% potash feldspar, 15.5wt% quartz, 11wt% calcite, 28.6wt% talc, 8.3wt% kaolin and 15wt% rare earth tailing. The glaze thickness is 1~2mm and the firing temperature is 1300℃,holding for 20 minutes. It can produce a fine matte glaze with 68.5% whiteness and 18.0% gloss.
