摘要
分别采集了湖北省襄阳市茨河地区与恩施州利川县的花色腐乳样品,基于MiSeq高通量测序技术,以真菌18S SSU rRNA 818~1196区序列为靶点,对这两个地区腐乳的真菌多样性进行了分析与比较。结果表明,在门水平上,茨河花色腐乳优势菌门为子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota)和毛霉菌亚门(Mucoromycotina),而利川腐乳优势菌门为子囊菌门和担子菌门。茨河与利川腐乳共同优势菌属为Galactomyces、毕赤酵母属(Pichia)、德巴利酵母属(Debaryomyces)、丝孢酵母属(Trichosporon)、假丝酵母属(Candida)、Guehomyces、威克汉姆酵母属(Wickerhamomyces)和镰刀菌属(Fusarium)。多元统计分析表明,两个地区的腐乳真菌群落结构差异显著(P<0.05),而造成其差异的最重要的3个属依次是巴克斯霉属(Backusella)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)和威克汉姆酵母属(Wickerhamomyces)。
Huase sufu samples from Cihe area of Xiangyang city,and Lichuan county of Enshi prefecture in Hubei province are collected respectively.Based on MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology,the fungal diversity of the sufu from the two regions is investigated and compared with the sequence of 18S SSU rRNA 818~1196 zone as the target.The results show that at the phylum level,the dominant phyla of Cihe Huase sufu are Ascomycota,Basidiomycota and Mucoromycotina,while the dominant phyla of Lichuan sufu are Ascomycota and Basidiomycota.The dominant genera shared by Cihe and Lichuan sufu are Galactomyces,Pichia,Debaryomyces,Trichosporon,Candida,Guehomyces,Wickerhamomyces and Fusarium.Multivariate statistical analysis shows that there are significant differences in the fungal community structure between the sufu samples from the two regions(P<0.05),and the three most important genera that cause the differences are Backusella,Aspergillus and Wickerhamomyces.
