代谢组学在肺系疾病与证候研究中应用现状与展望

Current Situation and Prospect of Metabonomics in Study of Lung System Diseases and Syndromes

代谢组学技术与中医学辨证论治、整体观念相互贯通,可成为推动中医药发展和变革的一条更为契合的道路。近年来,采用代谢组学的方法与技术,对中医肺系疾病及证候理论、诊断等方面所进行的研究,得到了大量较为理想的研究结果。通过对相关文献进行整理归纳,概述代谢组学技术在中医肺系疾病诊断与证候诊疗方面的研究成果,探讨肺系疾病及不同证候间代谢产物的特征及其动态变化,以期为未来中医肺系疾病与证候的现代化、客观化发展提供思路和方向。参考文献39篇。

The combination of metabonomics technology and syndrome differentiation and treatment as well as the holism concept of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can be a more appropriate way to promote the development and reform of TCM. In recent years,the metabonomics methods and techniques have been used to study the theory and diagnosis of lung diseases and syndromes in TCM,and a large number of satisfactory results have been obtained. Through summarizing relevant literature,the study achievements in metabonomics technology in the diagnosis of lung diseases and diagnosis and treatment of lung system syndromes in TCM were reviewed,the relationship between syndromes and metabolites characteristics as well as the dynamic changes were explored,in order to provide ideas and the direction for the modernization,objectification of the lung system diseases and syndromes in the future.There are 39 references.
