摘要
排油注氮装置是油浸式主变压器消防应用较广泛的一种设备,可快速隔离事故变压器,迅速灭火,防止事故的扩大。但作为直连变压器油箱的设备,其误动作可导致严重后果。针对一起主变压器跳闸事故,分析了事故过程,通过对一二次设备以及试验诊断检查,发现故障点在控制回路内,最后提出了改进优化措施。
Oil discharge and nitrogen injection device is a widely used equipment for oil-immersed main transformer fire fighting, which can quickly isolate the accident transformer, extinguish the fire and prevent the expansion of the accident. However, as the equipment directly connected to the transformer fuel tank, its misoperation can also lead to serious consequences. This paper analyzes the process of a main transformer trip accident and finds the fault point in the control loop, through the diagnosis and inspection of primary and secondary equipment and tests. Finally, improvements and optimization measures are proposed.
