摘要
对某400 MW级燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组2号汽轮机首次带负荷过程中出现的中压缸上下缸温差大问题进行分析,通过对温度测点、保温材料、中压缸结构、控制策略及进汽管的优化,基本解决了该问题,为同类型机组故障分析提供了技术参考。
This paper analyzes the problem of big temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinders of the intermediate pressure cylinder during the first load of the steam turbine of a 400 MW gas steam combined cycle unit. Through the optimization of temperature measuring points, thermal insulation materials, intermediate pressure cylinder structure and control strategy, this problem is basically solved, which provides a technical reference for the fault analysis of the same type of units.
