基于室内评价的稠油火驱化学添加剂效果分析

摘要 为了提高火驱开发稠油油藏的成功性和低温条件下的稠油油藏采收率,在调研国内外化学添加剂的基础上,总结了稠油火驱化学添加剂的几种室内评价研究方法,对比了金属盐、硝酸盐、金属氧化物3类金属类添加剂的作用效果,明确了各添加剂在不同氧化阶段的作用。同时,对火驱添加剂室内评价实验进行了展望,提出了针对原油氧化阶段特点设计有针对性的组合添加剂的方法,该方法可有效保证点火成功率,为火驱开发稠油油藏提供借鉴和依据。 In order to increase the success of fire flooding development of heavy oil reservoir and improve the recovery rate of heavy oil reservoir at low temperature, based on the investigation of chemical additives at home and abroad, several indoor evaluation and research methods of heavy oil fire flooding chemical additives were summarized. The effects of metal salts, nitrates, and metal oxides were compared, and the effects of each additive in different oxidation stages were clarified. Simultaneously, an indoor evaluation experiment of fire flooding additives was planned, and the method of designing targeted combination additives based on the characteristics of crude oil oxidation stage was proposed, which would effectively ensure ignition success and serve as a reference and foundation for the development of heavy oil reservoirs by fire flooding.
