摘要
为解决天然橡胶力学性能不足的问题,对天然橡胶实施改性处理,通过密炼硫化处理技术将白炭黑和液体橡胶与天然橡胶结合起来制备体育场专用弹性复合材料。经实验研究发现,以天然橡胶为基础加以改性而制备的弹性复合材料在耐磨性、抗湿滑性和滚动阻力等方面得到了显著的改善,更加适合体育场运动场地的铺设,有一定的应用价值。
Natural rubber was first modified due to its insufficient mechanical properties, and silica, liquid rubber and natural rubber were then combined to prepare stadium special elastic composites by the internal mixing vulcanization technology. Through the experimental study, it was found that the elastic composite material based on natural rubber was significantly improved in the aspects of wear resistance, wet skid resistance and rolling resistance, which was more suitable for the laying of sports venues with an application value to some degree.
