摘要
受阻胺类光稳定剂(HALS)在提高聚烯烃材料抗光老化性能方面已获得广泛认可和应用。然而,低分子质量的HALS在聚烯烃材料及其制品加工、塑型工程中仍存在易挥发、易抽提和易迁移等致命问题,不仅直接导致聚合物材料及其制品的抗光老化性能下降,而且其自身的毒性会严重影响与其直接接触的食品安全,因此,设计和制备高效、稳定、耐用、耐迁移的新型受阻胺类光稳定剂具有重要现实意义。文章简要从聚烯烃材料光热/光氧老化降解过程、受阻胺光稳定剂的光稳定机理及其耐迁移性调控策略等方面综述了国内外研究进展,以期对耐迁移型受阻胺类光稳定剂结构可调变性和抗光老化性能的提高有所帮助。
Hindered amine light stabilizers(HALS) has been well recognized and widely used to improve the performance against photo-oxidative degradation of polyolefin materials. However, the HALS with low molecular weight have a tendency to volatilize, extract and migrate from the polyolefin materials during the plasticengineered processes, leading to the decrease of the performance against photo-oxidative aging of polyolefin and its products, and the pollution on food packaged in the polypropylene because of its toxicity. Therefore, it is of great importance to design and develop efficient, stable durable novel hindered amine light stabilizers with high-resistance against migration. In this review, the photo-thermal and photo-oxidative degradation processes of polyethylene, and polypropylene, photostability mechanism of hindered amine light stabilizers as well as the strategies for improving resistance against migration are summarized. It is expected to be helpful to understand the structural tunability and anti-aging enhancement of resistance against migration of hindered amine light stabilizers.
