摘要
供水管材的性能和材料对管道内水质的好坏影响大,老化或性能差的管材会对城市用水造成二次污染,给居民生活带来不便,甚至影响居民健康。聚乙烯(PE)管道具有耐腐蚀、韧性好、可焊接、质量轻等优势,满足市政给排水工程中对于供水管网封闭性、输水质量、成本等的要求,逐渐成为替代铸铁管、镀锌管材的供水管材。2018年国家发布并实施了PE管材技术指标,对供水管材的质量以及PE供水管材生产企业提出严格要求。
The performance and materials of water supply pipes have a great impact on the quality of water in the pipeline. Aging or poor performance pipes will cause secondary pollution to urban water, bring inconvenience to residents’ life, and even affect residents’ health. Polyethylene as a pipe material, its related technology has been very mature. With the advantages of corrosion resistance, good toughness, weldability and light weight, the polyethylene pipes meet the requirements of water supply network tightness, water delivery quality and cost in municipal water supply and drainage projects, and have gradually become powerful water supply pipes instead of cast iron pipes and zinc plated pipes. In 2018, the state issued and implemented the technical index of PE pipes,which includes strict requirements for the quality of water supply pipes and PE water pipe producers.
