摘要
睡眠对个体健康发展具有重要作用,重要的身体功能与大脑活动都发生在睡眠期间。大量研究表明,儿童的睡眠活动不仅是一项重要的生命活动,也与其发展存在密不可分的关系。对已有文献的梳理表明,睡眠时间和睡眠质量影响儿童情绪和行为发展、认知功能发展,也影响儿童的身体健康。影响儿童睡眠质量的因素有四种,包括家庭功能问题、父母养育压力、过度屏幕使用、较少的身体活动。本文对影响儿童睡眠质量的因素及其对儿童发展影响的内在机制加以探讨,据此向家长和教育工作者提出基于提高儿童睡眠质量的养育建议。
Sleep plays an important role in the healthy development of the individual,with important bodily functions and brain activity occurring during sleep.A large number of studies have shown that for children sleep is not only an important life activity,but is also inextricably linked to their development.A review of the literature suggests that sleep duration and sleep quality can affect children's emotional,behavioral and cognitive development,and physical health.Four factors affect sleep quality in children,namely problems with family functioning,parenting stress,excessive screen use,and lack of physical activity.This paper explores the factors that affect children's sleep quality,and the underlying mechanisms through which sleep quality affect children's development.Based on these findings,recommendations are put forward for parents and educators for improving children's sleep quality.
