摘要 介绍了世界水泥工业低碳技术。水泥行业的碳减排对我国实现碳中和目标的影响重大,迫切需要水泥行业通过技术创新驱动实现绿色低碳发展。针对水泥工业的碳排放主要来源,碳减排技术路径主要包括能源效率提升、原/燃料替代、低碳水泥、碳捕集利用和封存。比较分析了国内外典型的水泥窑替代燃料技术。从水泥窑尾烟气中捕集CO_(2),除了富氧燃烧和化学吸收法外,还包括直接分离的捕碳技术。介绍了水泥窑捕集到的高浓度CO_(2)进行资源化利用的技术途径。 The low carbon technology of cement industry in the world is introduced.The carbon emission reduction of cement industry has a great impact on the realization of carbon neutrality in China.It is urgent for the cement industry to achieve green and low-carbon development through technological innovation.Targeting the cement industry’s main source of carbon emissions,the carbon emission reduction technology path mainly includes energy efficiency improvement,raw/fuel substitution,low-carbon cement,carbon capture,utilization and storage.The typical alternative fuel technologies of cement kiln at home and abroad are compared and analyzed.In addition to oxygen-rich combustion and chemical absorption,the technology of carbon dioxide capture from cement kiln tail gas also includes direct separation carbon capture technology.The technical way of resource utilization of high concentration carbon dioxide collected from cement kiln is introduced.
