摘要
煤磨出口温度控制是一个典型的多目标多约束问题,需要协同控制出磨温度及入磨风量。本文实施基于MPC的控制策略,建立辨识模型和控制模型,使得煤磨出口温度的波动大大降低,有效保证了磨机入口负压的稳定性,使得磨机内部的通风量、物料稳定。
The outlet temperature control of coal mill is a typical multi-objective and multi constraint problem,which requires the coordinated control of outlet temperature and inlet air quantity.Base on the MPC control strategy,this paper establishes the identification model and the control model,which can greatly reduce fluctuation of the outlet temperature of coal mill,effectively ensure the stability of the negative pressure at the inlet of the mill,and stabilize the ventilation volume and materials inside the mill.
