摘要
水利水电灌浆工程具有“作业隐蔽、数据量大、经验性强、涉及专业多”等特点,其质量控制与管理是行业长期面临的难题。以全生命周期、多专业协同的管理理念为指导,以网络数据库、三维可视化、面向对象编程等技术为手段,通过开发地质数据管理与建模、灌浆参数化设计、三维可视化展示与分析、灌浆资料整理与输出、渗流渗压监测等五大模块,构建了基于BIM技术的水利水电灌浆工程管理系统。在此基础上,研究了基于BIM管理系统的灌浆工程分析方法,并以乌东德水电站为实例开展工程应用。实践表明:该系统可有效减少灌浆施工过程的盲目性、提高灌浆分析的针对性,实现“施工过程透明、灌浆数据有效、设计参数动态、成果资料共享”的目标,可为隐蔽灌浆工程的质量控制与管理提供技术支撑。
Water conservancy and hydropower grouting engineering has the characteristics of concealed operation,large amount of data,strong dependence on experience,multi-sector involvement,its quality control and management are long-term problems faced by the industry.Guided by the management concept of lifecycle and multi-professional collaboration,the technology of network database,3D visualization technology,object-oriented programming,etc,were used to develop a water conservancy and hydropower grouting project management system based on BIM technology,which included five major modules of geological data management and modeling,grouting parametric design,3D visualization display and analysis,grouting data sorting and output,and seepage quantity and seepage pressure monitoring.We studied the analysis method of grouting engineering based on the proposed system aiming at the Wudongde Hydropower Station.The practice showed that the system could effectively reduce blindness in the grouting construction process,improve the pertinence of grouting analysis,and achieve the goal of transparency in the construction process,effective grouting data,dynamic design parameters,and sharing of results and data,thus providing technical support for the control and management of grouting quality.
