摘要
近年来,合同风险智能化审查日益受到关注,而本体技术可以形式化地表达施工合同中的关键概念及其相关关系,可为合同风险智能化审查提供知识基础。为此,在梳理骨架法、五步循环法、七步法各自优缺点的基础上,针对施工合同知识专业性、综合性的特点,提出了一种建设工程合同领域本体开发方法——八步循环法,并以《建设工程施工合同(示范文本)》为依据,采用Protégé构建了施工合同领域本体,包含行为人等7个术语大类及其相关关系。该本体可实现施工合同知识的组织、分享和有价值的利用,可以作为进一步实现施工合同风险智能化审查的基础。
In recent years,the intelligent review of contract risk has received increasing attention,and ontology technology can formalize the expression of key concepts and related relationships in construction contracts,which can provide a knowledge base for the intelligent review of contract risk.Therefore,on the basis of combing the advantages and disadvantages of skeleton method,five-step cycle method and seven-step method,a development method of ontology,namcly the eight-step cycle method,is proposed which aims at the professional and comprehensive characteristics of construction contract knowledge.Furthermore,based on the Civil Engineering Construction Contract(model text),the domain ontology of construction contract is constructed by Protégé,including the actors and other seven categories of terms and their related relationships.This domain ontology can realize the organization,sharing and valuable utilization of construction contract knowledge,and can be used as the basis for further intelligent review of construction contract risk.
