一例犬泌尿系结石术后死亡的原因分析

Cause analysis of postoperative death in a dog with urinary calculi

通过临床检查、生化指标测定、电解质与血液气体分析和X线影像学检查,确诊了一例犬患有左肾结石、肾衰和膀胱结石。手术中发现左输尿管也有结石且堵塞段坏死,右肾有一定程度的萎缩。手术切除左肾和左输尿管,同时行膀胱切开取石术,取出体积较大的膀胱结石。结石成分为鸟粪石95%,磷酸钙5%。术后14天患犬死亡。对其术后死亡原因分析后,提出了预防措施。

Through clinical examination,biochemical index determination,electrolyte and blood gas analysis and X-ray imaging examination,a dog was diagnosed with left kidney stone,renal failure and bladder stone.During the routine operation,there were stones in the left ureter and necrosis in the blocked segment,and atrophy in the right kidney.The left kidney and left ureter were surgically removed,and cystotomy was performed at the same time to remove larger bladder stones.The composition of the stones was 95%struvite and 5%calcium phosphate.The dog died on the 14th day after operation.In order to treat and prevent this kind of cases early in veterinary clinic,the causes of postoperative death were analyzed,and the preventive measures were put forward.
