一例家猫限制性心肌病的诊治

Diagnosis and treatment of a case of restrictive cardiomyopathy in domestic cats

限制性心肌病常见于中年或老年猫,确诊后可通过手术或保守治疗延长生存时间,但往往预后不良。笔者在门诊中遇到一例猫限制性心肌病,通过临床、实验室及仪器检查确诊,经保守治疗存活了23天。

Restrictive cardiomyopathy is common in middle-aged or elderly cats.On the basis of diagnosis,surgical or conservative treatment can prolong the survival time,but the prognosis is often poor.One cat case was diagnosed by clinical,laboratory and instrument examination.After conservative treatment,it survived for 23 days.
