沂蒙精神的基本内涵与传承弘扬研究

On the Basic Connotation of the Yimeng Spirit and its Promotion Paths in the New Era

在中国革命、建设、改革的伟大实践中,沂蒙地区的党政军民共同锻铸了以“党群同心、军民情深、水乳交融、生死与共”为基本内涵的伟大沂蒙精神。沂蒙精神既是中国共产党人精神谱系的重要组成部分,同时也极具沂蒙地区人民的特色和情怀,有着鲜明的穿越烽火与同舟共济、大胆探索与敢为人先、求实创新与不忘初心的历史逻辑。新时代,必须自觉坚持并通过挖掘红色资源、讲好沂蒙故事,增强价值认同、传承沂蒙薪火,创新传播方式、顺应时代潮流,提高党性与人民性的政治自觉等方式发扬沂蒙精神。这样方能以更好的文化自信激发强大精神合力,为人民核心价值观塑造提供坚实基础,为新时代党的建设提供重要精神支撑,画好凝聚广泛共识的同心圆。

In the practice of revolution,construction and reform in China,the CPC,its government,its army and the people in Yimeng area have jointly forged the great Yimeng spirit.It says,with a shared future and one heart,the Party and the people,its soldiers and civilians,live or die together.As an important part of the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communist Party,the Yimeng spirit has reflected the character and patriotism of the people in Yimeng area.In the new era,we should promote the Yimeng spirit by mining the red resources,telling the Yimeng story well,strengthening the value identification,passing on the tradition of the Yimeng,innovating the ways of promotion,conforming to the time trend,and improving the political consciousness of the Party spirit and people-first spirit.Only in this way can we inspire strong spiritual synergy with better cultural confidence to lay a solid foundation for shaping the value of putting the people first and an important spiritual support for Party building in the new era so as to gather broad consensus as possible as we can.
