沂蒙精神是沂蒙人民在长期的革命和建设实践中形成的先进群体意识,党群同心、军民情深、水乳交融、生死与共是沂蒙精神的基本内涵。将沂蒙精神融入大学生思想道德教育,对当代大学生德育建设具有重要的引导价值、激励价值和教育价值,有利于解决以往德育时代感和历史感不够强烈、情感教育和理性教育容易脱节、实践应用性不够突显的问题。新时代德育工作应从学生、教师、学校等多方发力促进沂蒙精神融入大学生思想道德教育,提升沂蒙精神的育人效果。

The Yimeng spirit,an advanced group consciousness forged by the Yimeng people in the long-term practice of revolution and construction,is an important part of the excellent culture of Chinese nation.Its basic connotation is described as the CPC and its army stand together with the people,maintain a close bond with the people,and share the same destiny with the people.Integrating the Yimeng spirit into the ideological education for college students is of important guiding value,incentive value and educational value,as is conducive to solving such problems as old fashion,disconnection between emotional education and rational education,and weak application in the past time.In the new era,efforts should be made to encourage teachers,students and schools to integrate the Yimeng spirit into the ideological education for college students so as to improve the moral force of the Yimeng spirit.
