摘要 大规模培训干部、大幅度提高干部素质的战略要求,使得干部教育培训成为干部专业发展、干部队伍建设的重要手段。在工学矛盾突出的现实环境中,短期培训项目的作用日益凸显。系统梳理短期培训项目的类型、特点与实施过程中的问题,可以为提高干部教育培训实效性提供可借鉴的实施路径,更好地服务高质量干部教育培训体系建设。通过坚持守正创新,使理论教育和党性教育提质增效;坚持分层分类,加强需求调研,做到精准培训;树立质量意识,贯通训前训中训后全链条管理;坚持训后问效,建立跟踪培养、成果导向的全程培养体系等四条路径,实现高质量教育培训干部,高水平服务党和国家事业发展。 The strategic requirement of greatly improving the quality of cadres has made in-service training an important way for cadre professional development and team building.In practice,the short-term training plays an increasingly crucial role as working and learning have become a problem to be settled.Systematically sorting out the types,characteristics and problems in the implementation of short-term training programs can be helpful to explore constructive approaches for improving the effectiveness of cadre education,and better serve the goal of building a high-quality cadre team.This text tries to give such suggestions as improving the quality and efficiency of theoretical education and the Party spirit education by focusing on integrity and innovation,increasing the training accuracy by classifying cadres based on their needs,establishing quality awareness and paying due attention to the whole-chain management,measuring the effectiveness after training and building a trainee-tracking and result-oriented training system.
