Detection Method of Nitrate Content in Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets

目的通过高效液相色谱法和离子色谱法检测单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片中硝酸盐含量,比较两种方法各自的特点。方法第一法采用高效液相色谱法,以紫外检测器检测,第二法采用离子色谱法,以电导检测器检测。结果两种检测方法均能检测单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片中硝酸盐的含量,且专属性强,分离度、重复性好,准确度高。结论高效液相色谱法和离子色谱法检测单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片中硝酸盐含量,为单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片的质量控制提供了技术方法。

Objective To detect the content of nitrate in isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets by HPLC and ion chromatography,and to compare the characteristics of the two methods.Methods The first method used HPLC with UV detection,and the second method used ion chromatography with conductivity detector detection.Results Both detection methods could detect the content of nitrate in isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets,with strong specificity,good resolution,repeatability,and high accuracy.Conclusion The detection of nitrate content in isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets by HPLC and ion chromatography provides technical methods for the quality control of isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets.
