HPLC同时测定槐榆止血合剂中4种黄酮苷类成分含量

Simultaneous Determination of Four Flavonoid Glycosides in Huaiyu Zhixue Mixture by HPLC

目的建立同时测定槐榆止血合剂中4种黄酮苷类成分芦丁、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Sepax C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)分离;以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液为梯度洗脱流动相;流速1 ml/min;检测波长283 nm;柱温35℃。结果4种黄酮苷类成分在相应范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均加样回收率99.53%~102.92%,RSD为1.49%~2.42%。结论该方法可用于槐榆止血合剂质量控制。

Objective To determine 4 flavonoid glycosides of rutin,naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Huaiyu Zhixue Mixture in by HPLC.Methods A Sepax C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was adopted.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 283 nm and the column temperature was 35℃.Results Four flavonoid glycosides showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r=1.0000).The average recoveries were 99.53%-102.92%with the RSD of 1.49%-2.42%.Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Huaiyu Zhixue Mixture.
