摘要
新版《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》规定了生活中各类常见植物源性、动物源性食品中各种农药残留的最大限量,不仅是我国食品中农药残留风险管理的重要法律依据,也是保障我国食品质量安全的重要规程标准。本文通过对比新版与旧版标准,着重剖析新版标准修改和更新的内容。结合检测过程中的实际应用,概括当前阶段我国食品中农药残留标准中存在的问题,在补充限量指标、增补检测依据、统一分类体系等方面,对下阶段标准的制订和优化,提出可靠性的参考建议。
Various maximum residue limit(MRL)standards of the plant-derived and the animal-derived food are stipulated in the new version of National Food Safety Standard--Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food that is not only the significant legal basis towards the pesticides residue risk management of our food but also the important standard ensuring the national food’s Q&S(quality and security).In this article,the revision and the updated contents of the new regulation will be highly analyzed in contrast to the old one.Combined with the practice in the detection process,the paper summarizes the currently existent problems of the pesticide remnants standards on food,and puts forward proposals in terms of supplementing limit indicators,improving testing basis and unifying the classification system,which offers the reliable reference towards the formulation and optimization of the new standards in the next phase.
