摘要
对于采用开敞式流道、有引水和排涝双向功能的立式轴流泵站来说,冷却水的取水来源、过滤系统、回收机制等将直接影响主轴、轴承使用年限,倘若取水水源中泥砂等杂质超标,将对水泵的安全性、经济性产生较大影响,甚至缩短水泵使用寿命。为保障开敞式双向立式轴流泵正常使用,对已建泵站技术供水出现的问题进行分析,并针对性地提出市政自来水供水、净化池沉淀、升级过滤系统、水箱联合冷却器等技术改进措施。
For the vertical axial flow pump station with open channel and two-way functions of water diversion and drainage,the water intake source,filtration system and recovery mechanism of cooling water will directly affect the service life of main shaft and bearing.If the impurities such as mud and sand in the water intake source exceed the standard,it will have a great impact on the safety and economy of the pump,and even shorten the service life of the pump.Therefore,analyzing the problems of the built open channel pump station,and putting forward targeted improvement methods such as municipal tap water supply,purification tank sedimentation,upgraded filtration system,water tank combined cooler can ensure the operation of the built pump station.
