我国冰雪产业高质量发展的现实逻辑、阻滞困境及路径选择

Reality Logic, Blocking Dilemma and Path Selection for the High-quality Development of China’s Ice and Snow Industry

北京冬奥会的成功举办为冰雪产业发展提供了重要机遇,也对其发展提出了新的要求。冰雪产业高质量发展是适应消费升级现实需求的应然选择,为体育产业转型升级提供了强劲的内核驱动力。研究探寻了冰雪产业高质量发展的现实逻辑与作用机理,并对冰雪产业高质量发展面临的阻滞困境进行了深入剖析,进一步提出了冰雪产业高质量发展的现实路径。研究认为,当前我国冰雪产业高质量发展面临互动性、异质性、创新性、融合性等多元困境,应遵循“供需循环、资源整合、技术创新、内外融合”的现实逻辑,推动冰雪产业高质量发展。基于此,提出冰雪体育产业高质量发展的现实路径为:提升冰雪产业链现代化水平,强化冰雪产业供给体系;整合冰雪产业资源,优化冰雪产业发展环境;夯实技术创新基础,赋能产业革新升级;建立产业融合体系,创新产业运营模式。

The successful holding of the Beijing Winter Olympics provides an important opportunity for the development of the ice and snow industry, and also puts forward new requirements for its development. The high-quality development of the ice and snow industry is a natural choice to meet the real needs of consumption upgrading, and it provides a strong core driving force for the transformation and upgrading of the sports industry. The study explores the logic and mechanism of the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry, and provides an in-depth analysis of the stagnation dilemma faced by the industry, and further proposes a realistic path. The study concludes that the current high-quality development of China’s ice and snow industry faces multiple dilemmas of interactivity, heterogeneity, innovation and integration, and should follow the realistic logic of "supply and demand cycle, resource integration, technological innovation and internal and external integration" to promote the high-quality development of the industry. Based on this, a realistic path is proposed: to enhance the modernization level of the ice and snow industry chain and strengthen the supply system;to integrate the resources of the ice and snow industry and optimize the development environment;to consolidate the foundation of technological innovation and empower the industry to innovate and upgrade;to establish an industrial integration system and innovate the industrial operation mode.
