体教融合视域下体育师资协同培养的理念、机制与路径研究 被引量:11

摘要 大规模、高质量、协同培养体育师资,有助于实现青少年健康促进与体育后备人才储备的体教融合新目标。采用文献资料法、比较分析、逻辑推理等方法,研究体教融合背景下体育师资协同培养的“四位一体”理念,以及跨部门、跨领域协同培养的创新机制,并对其实现路径进行探究。研究认为:体育有助于消解青少年健康危机,教育能补齐青少年体育后备人才培养的短板,深化体教融合体育师资协同培养是在青少年健康促进的理念共识下,实现体育师资在目标、角色、资源和场域的全方位融合。以此为基础,在整合政府、学校、体校、青少年体育社会组织等组织资源,在深化体教融合、改革体育师资一体化设计的新格局下,要形成资源配置、沟通联动、评价保障的长效机制,提升协同效应。据此提出实现路径:补齐体育师资结构性缺编短板,赋予体育教师多维责任;更新基层教练员单一培养模式,完善“普及-精英”培养体系;贯彻实施国家就业优先战略,建立运动员退役转型绿色通道。 The large-scale and high-quality multi-dimensional cooperative training of PE teachers is conducive to realize the new goal of sports education integration, which aims at the promotion of adolescent health and the reserve of sports talents. By using the methods of documentation, comparative analysis and logical reasoning, this paper studied the “four-in-one” concept of collaborative training of PE teachers under the background of sports education integration as well as the innovative mechanism of cross-departmental and cross-field collaborative training, and explore its implement path. The study showed that sports can eliminate the health crisis of adolescents, while education can make up for the shortcomings of sports reserve talents training of adolescent;and deepening the collaborative training of PE teachers in sports education integration is to realize the all-round integration of PE teachers in terms of goals, roles, resources and fields under the conscience of adolescent health promotion. On this basis, synergy effect will be achieved with integrating the resources of the government, schools, sports schools, youth sports social organizations and other organizational resources, and forming a long-term mechanism for resource allocation, communication, and evaluation and guarantee under the new pattern of deepening sports education integration and reforming the integrated design of PE teachers. Thus, the proposed implement paths are as follows: filling the structural shortage of lacking of authorized identities of PE teachers, and endowing PE teachers multi-dimensional responsibilities;updating the single training model of grass-roots coaches, and improving the “popularization and elite” training system;implementing the national employment priority strategy, and establishing the green channel of retirement and transition for athletes.
