基于数据挖掘技术分析《伤寒杂病论》中含白术经方的用药规律

Prescription in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases Based on Data Mining

目的 采用数据挖掘方法分析《伤寒杂病论》中含白术经方的用药规律,为白术的现代临床应用和新药研发提供依据。方法 通过梳理、归纳《伤寒杂病论》中的方剂,筛选出组方中含有“白术”的经方,应用Excel建立数据库,使用SPSS Statistics 25.0软件对药物的频率分布、聚类分析进行统计分析,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0对药物进行关联规则分析,采用Gephi进行复杂网络分析。利用K-core分析方法,挖掘药物核心组合。结果 白术在伤寒论30首代表性方剂中主要以君臣佐的遣方配伍方式居多,其功用以固表和燥湿居多,有较强的药对配伍特点,多与扶正药配对组方。结论 伤寒论扶正方中多配伍白术,白术在伤寒论经方的应用以药对形式配伍应用于扶正治则,其原因可能是其固表的作用。

Objective To analyze the medication rules of Atractylodes macrocephala in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases using data mining, so as to provide basis for modern clinical application and new drug development of Atractylodes macrocephala.Methods The prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases were sorted out and summarized, and the classics containing “Atractylodes macrocephala” were selected.The database was established by Excel, and the frequency distribution and cluster analysis of drugs were statistically analyzed by SPSS statistics 25.0 software.The association rules of drugs were analyzed by IBM SPSS modeler18.0,and the complex network was analyzed by Gephi.K-core analysis method was used to mine the core combination of drugs.Results Among the 30 representative prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,Atractylodes macrocephala was mainly composed of the prescriptions sent by the emperor, the minister and the assistant, and its functions were mainly to strengthen the exterior and dry and damp.It had strong compatibility characteristics, paired with the righting medicine.Conclusion Atractylodes macrocephala is often used in Fuzheng recipe in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases and in the form of drug pairs, which may be due to its role in consolidating the exterior.
