摘要
针对内蒙古伊泰化工有限责任公司水煤浆气化装置使用含氨废水制浆导致成浆浓度偏低、粘度偏高的特点,内蒙古大学化学化工学院与内蒙古金祥达新材料技术有限公司在实验室开发出高效复配型水煤浆添加剂。使用高效复配型水煤浆添加剂,在内蒙古伊泰化工有限责任公司进行了为期10天的工业实验。实验结果显示,高效复配型水煤浆添加剂成浆性能表现优异,水煤浆大槽中煤浆的日平均成浆浓度由使用前59.03%提高至60.83%,最高达61.50%,水煤浆浓度平均提高1.8%,最高提2.5%,日平均黏度从1251mPa·s降到了905mPa·s。在工业提浓实验期间,比煤耗、比氧耗呈现明显下降趋势,有效气量呈现明显上升趋势,实现了工业上水煤浆提浓降粘,企业降本增效的目的。
The ammonia-containing wastewater were used to produce coal water slurry (CWS) by Inner Mongolia Yitai Chemical Co.,Ltd.,which lead to the low concentration and high viscosity of CWS.The College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Inner Mongolia University collaborated with Inner Mongolia Jinxiangda New Material Technology Co.,Ltd.,developed a high efficient CWS additive for Inner Mongolia Yitai Chemical Co.,Ltd.,which could increase the concentration and decrease the viscosity of CWS.In order to test the effect of this high efficient CWS additive,ten days of industrial experiment were performed in Inner Mongolia Yitai Chemical Co.,Ltd.The results showed that the daily average concentration of CWS increased from 59.03% to 60.83% and the highest concentration was 61.50%,the increment was 1.8% and 2.5%,respectively.The daily average viscosity decreased from 1251 mPa·s to 905 mPa·s.During the industrial experiment,the specific oxygen of consumption and the specific coal consumption obviously decreased while the syngas production distinctly increased.This experiment proved that the high efficient CWS additive could increase the concentration and reduce the viscosity of CWS,which further reduced the production cost and improved the economic efficiency of company.
