摘要
本文采用溶液法将聚乳酸(PLA)、聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)共溶于二氯甲烷中,根据前期实验结果,流延干燥后选取PLA/PBAT(60/40)以及PLA/PBAT(70/30)两种比例为基体,添加不同含量的环氧大豆油(ESO),制备PLA/PBAT/ESO复合膜,并研究ESO用量对其机械性能的影响,最后利用红外吸收光谱、差示扫描量热法对复合膜结构进行表征。结果表明,ESO能有效增强PLA与PBAT的相容性,当PLA:PBAT比例为7:3,ESO添加量为2%时,断裂伸长率为280%,是纯PLA的44倍,抗拉强度增强至38.8MPa。
In this paper,polylactic acid (PLA) and Poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT) were dissolved in dichloromethane by solution method.According to the previous experimental results,after casting and drying,two ratios of PLA/PBAT (60/40) and PLA/PBAT (70/30) were selected as the matrix and added with different contents of epoxidized soybean oil (ESO) to prepare PLA/PBAT/ESO composite films and investigate the effect of ESO content on its mechanical properties.Finally,the structure of the as-prepared composite film was characterized by infrared absorption spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry.The results show that ESO can effectively enhance the compatibility of PLA and PBAT.When the ratio of PLA:PBAT is 7:3 and the amount of ESO is 2%,the tensile strength is enhanced to 38.8 MPa,and the elongation at break is 280%,which is 44 times that of pure PLA.
