摘要
为完成双组份固化后环氧树脂涂料的清洗,本文首先对固化后环氧涂层进行了红外测试,并进行了力学性能和热性能表征。随后筛选出较为合适的溶剂,同时在超声环境下,通过正交试验设计出较为合理的溶剂配方。结果表明,无水乙醇+二甲苯+碱性环境复配溶剂具有明显的清洗效果。对于100±15μm的固化环氧涂层,所选复配溶剂的清洗效率高达99%。相比其它报道的清洗方法,本文通过超声和复配溶剂相结合,在保证毒性低、污染较小的同时,实现了较高的清洗效率。
In order to complete the cleaning of the epoxy resin coating after two-component curing,this paper firstly carried out infrared test on the cured epoxy coating,and carried out the characterization of mechanical properties and thermal properties.Then,a more suitable solvent was screened out,and a more reasonable solvent formula was designed through orthogonal experiments under the ultrasonic environment.The results show that the compound solvent of absolute ethanol + xylene + alkaline environment has obvious cleaning effect.For cured epoxy coatings of 100±15 μm,the cleaning efficiency of the selected compound solvent is as high as 99%.Compared with other reported cleaning methods,the combination of ultrasound and compound solvent in this paper achieves high cleaning efficiency while ensuring low toxicity and less pollution.
